When I joined the Just Walk Out technology brand team, we were in the midst of transitioning to AWS, necessitating a comprehensive update to align with the AWS core brand. Additionally, the original Just Walk Out brand, quickly developed for initial sales to third-party customers, lacked the captivating visual expression befitting the excitement and revolutionary technology of our product. With the opportunity to reimagine our brand direction, I lead the development of a new visual direction for our brand and the B2B2C expression. Through team collaboration and creative exploration, I developed the evolution of our brand visual identity, ensuring alignment with AWS guidelines while infusing it with the dynamism and innovation inherent in Just Walk Out technology. By collaborating closely with our marketing team and head of brand strategy, I was able to create a cohesive brand visual identity that not only met compliance requirements but also resonated deeply with our target audience, amplifying our market presence and reinforcing our position as trailblazers in the retail technology landscape.
