Amazon Fresh Food Fest
Amazon Fresh originally launched in 2020, during the height of the global pandemic. With this, they were not able to deploy large marketing tactics to drive traffic to stores. In 2022, the creative and marketing teams developed a campaign to “relaunch” these stores including a range of media tactics (TV, digital, OOH, owned-media and radio) that ultimate drove customers to store locations in Los Angeles and Chicago where they hosted a two-week experiential program featuring their low prices, high-quality food, and industry-leading convenience tech. This campaign ultimately increased brand awareness, drew in new customers, increased sales, built shopper retention and loyalty. As the Associate Creative Director, I led the visual direction and creative strategy with our agency partners, Confidant, for the photography, video, overarching visual system, experiential OOH advertising and social media creative for this campaign.
